| CuddleBabes is largely run by Kim, working from home around the needs of the family, but also with business knowledge, advice, and support from Dad, Peter, and nappy changing experience provided by our 5 children, born between 1982 and 1998. Our oldest, Austin deserves a special mention, as he taught me that I could indeed build our own web site, and without him this site would never have got started, never mind published on the web. He also designed the logo and is best described as our IT consultant. Our other daughters help with packing and occasional baby sitting their little sister so I can work. It's pretty much a family business. Hence the use of both we and I throughout the site. Since we started in the summer of 1999, we have grown from stocking three cloth nappy brands to a wide variety of baby items, as well as products for Mum.
CuddleBabes was the first UK website to offer a range of nappies in one place, plus independent advice on all major nappies available in the UK, and we'd like thank all our customers for their support and loyalty, we wouldn't be where we are today without you.
CuddleBabes has now grown, and we have a number of experienced nappy consultants working with us. If you e-mail or telephone, you may find that it is one of these consultants that answers you. Please be assured of their best attention, and you can always request to speak directly with me, Kim at any time. Our aim is to provide continuity of customer care, so once you have had contact with one member of the team, which can mean me, or any of the consultants, you will always be able to speak to that person, until your child is out of nappies.
Please feel free to call for advice at any time. No one will try to sell you something you don't need, as it may be the case that that you just need to adjust the way you are using your exisiting nappies without buying anything new.
