Organic Nappies Organic reusable Nappies are made from cotton that has been grown and processed without the use of pesticides, herbicides and unnecessary chemicals. Some do contain synthetics, usually in the form of velcro, but we have several that do not have any synthetics at all, so you can be sure that the whole cloth nappy will easily decompose when it has finished it's useful life.
