Bambinex into~Bambinex nappies were created by a mother of twins, to nappy her own children. The original Bamboo fibre nappy was called Wam-Bamboo, but has since been renamed Bambinex. There is now another nappy in the range, same design, made from supersoft microfibre, the teddy nappy. ~~~1130~1164~~

Bambinex Bamboo Cloth Nappy (Formerly Bambineo) Natural~Supersoft Bamboo fabric nappy from Bambinex (formerly Bambineo). With YKK hook and loop fastenings (similar to Velcro and Aplix). More absorbent than cotton and stays soft when washed.~

Bambinex Bamboo Nappies (Formerly Wam-Bamboo by Bambineo). This is a supersoft fitted nappy made from Bamboo fabric.

YKK hook and loop fastenings.
Fold back tabs to prevent YKK from sticking to everything in the wash.
Good overlap on the wings at the waist for a better fit.
Gently elasticated legs.
Good high rise in the crotch.

Removable booster included for flexible absorbency adjustment.
Nappy has 2 layers throughout, booster has 3 layers throughout.

Weight Natural size 2 without booster 110g, with booster 153g approx
Colours are slightly lighter, about 5 g with booster.
Size 1 approx 6-18 lbs, size 2 approx 18-35 lbs.

This nappy is a versatile design, with a removable booster, meaning you can remove the booster for the smallest babies. The legs holes are quite large so this nappy suits chubby thighs. The nappy also has a high rise in the crotch/length, so is good for longer babies. Thinner babies will need a close fitting cover, we recommend the Mother-ease Rikki.

Bamboo is a fairly new and increasingly popular fabric for cloth nappies. It has several advantages over cotton. It is more absorbent (up to 60% more absorbent than cotton), it stays soft after washing, it grows easily and needs fewer chemicals to grow it successfully, and it has natural anti-bacterial properties. Bamboo is especially good for those who can't or don't want to tumble dry their nappies to keep them soft. Bamboo fabric a nice silky kind of feel.
