All-In-One Nappies
All-In-One nappies are pretty much as they sound. The inner part is absorbent, and there is a built in waterproof cover. This makes then exceptionally easy to use at change time, although there are some pitfalls as well. They do take a long time to dry, and they are not as durable as two part nappy systems. They are also more expensive. However, we certainly found that having a few of these among our nappy collection was useful when out and about in public baby changing rooms, as they are so quick to change. As there are some negative points to using these nappies, we would recommend you think carefully before buying a total kit of just All-In-Ones. We think they should be regarded as a luxury/convenience part of your nappy kit, and that they should only be used alongside other two part nappies as your main system.

Mother-ease All-In-One nappy~An All-In-One nappy, with integral breathable and waterproof cover, from Mother-ease~
Mother-ease All-In-One is an All-In-One nappy with breathable waterproof layer built in. The outer is the same soft fabric as Rikki and Air-Rika wraps, and the inner is several layers of stretch terry, like the Sandy's and Mother-ease nappy. The nappy has popper fixings and is suitable for using as a pull on for older children and as a heavy duty trainer pant. This is a fairly new nappy to this country, so durablity is still to be tested, but it does look as if it will be reasonably long lasting. Any boosters are suitable, but the Sandys boosters are the same fabric as the inner of the Mother-ease All-In-One.

Dolly Nappies
Now that Mummy is choosing lovely soft cotton nappies for the new addition to the family, it makes sense for your older children to want the same for their dolls. Not only that, it will save you a fair amount of money on special "Baby Born" dolly disposables (or newborn disposables as some people use). Your child will also enjoy washing the nappies along with the dolls other clothing and hanging them out to dry. this has been a favourite activity for all my children.Fits Baby Born doll, although it also fits Tiny tears and other dolls up to 43 cm high.
Bambineo/Bambinex Dolls Nappy. Bamboo terrywith Velcro fastenings. Will fit medium size dolls, Baby Born/ Tiny tears and little larger.
